Payment Options: She is on the insurance panels for BCBS, Aetna, Aetna ASU, and Medicare. She works with other insurance panels on an out-of-network basis. Please check with your health care insurance provider about out-of-network services. Dr. Rand also accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover, personal checks, and cash payments.
